Join us for yoga in the flower field<\/strong>. This 1-hr bilingual class taught by Cindy Cleary of\u00a0Soins \u00e0 Domicile Memphr\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0will be wonderful way to start your day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the session is over, you are welcome to pick a small bouquet of flowers to take home!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This class is limited to 15 participants. Payments can be made onsite by cash, e-tranfer or card.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to bring:<\/strong> Please be prepared to be outdoors and bring your yoga mat and water bottle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* If you do not have a mat, please contact us at info@valmemeadows.ca<\/a> as we have a few extra mats we can provide on a first reserved first served basis.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is provided: <\/strong>We offer water, restroom, shade area to practice if needed, mason jar for flowers and clippers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that this class will be held weather permitting and may be cancelled if the weather does not cooperate. The class may also be cancalled if there are less than 5 particpants.<\/p>\n\n\n
